This project tracks user activity on the JSM Help Center and generates reports to assess how helpful the pages are from the user’s perspective.

Key Features:
It monitors customer activities such as submitting queries, opening or creating tickets, and interacting with wiki pages (e.g., opening or liking a page) on the JSM Help Center screen.
Based on the tracked activities, it generates five key reports for analysis:
1. Top Ticket Creation Activities:
2. Partially Completed Ticket Requests:
3. Most Helpful Wiki Pages:
4. Least Helpful Wiki Pages:

Reports
1. Top Ticket Creation Activities:
This report analyzes how many tickets were created by customers, categorized by issue type.
2. Partially Completed Ticket Requests:
This report shows how many times customers opened tickets categorized by issue type, without fully completing the process.
3. Most Helpful Wiki Pages:
This report tracks the number of times a wiki page is opened and how helpful it is based on user interactions.
4. Least Helpful Wiki Pages:
This report shows the number of times a wiki page is opened but found unhelpful by users.
5. Top Search Queries and Outcomes:
This report analyzes the most common search queries and assesses their usefulness by tracking the end status of the user's interaction.

Steps to use the application
Install the app into your Jira
Add Licensing
Now it will automatically track the user activity on Help center screen
Go to Manage Apps > Vamhi Reports to see the user activity reports
