Label Transfer

Label Cloud now allows project administrators to copy or move labels between Jira system labels and Vamhi custom label fields.

Step by step instructions:-

  • Select source and destination label fields

  • Choose Copy or Move

  • Filter issues by issue type, existing labels, or Custom JQL

  • Preview affected, merged, skipped, and total issues before starting

  • Optionally overwrite Vamhi label colours and styles

  • Track live progress and estimated completion time

  • Interrupt, resume, restart, or discard transfer jobs

  • View completed and failed transfers in History

  • Prevent multiple transfers from running in the same project

  • Validate project permissions, Edit Issues access, JQL, and active licence

  • Show an in-app completion summary with updated, skipped, and failed issues
