Attachments exceeding the set global file size threshold will be blocked from uploading.



STEP -1 Click on settings at top right corner of your Jira server instance.

STEP - 2 Click on Manage apps.

STEP -3 Click on general settings.


Step - 4 Set the global file-size -



Step -5 Save the changes -
