Last Updated: Apr 13, 2025

1. Introduction

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern the use of Vamhi DC App Testing ("we", "our", or "us") and its testing-as-a-service platform. By registering, submitting payment, or initiating a testing request, you ("Customer", "you", or "your") agree to be bound by these Terms.

2. Service Description

DC App Testing offers Atlassian application software testing services on a prepaid basis. Customers must maintain an adequate balance before requesting any test execution.

3. Account and Payment

  • Customers are required to prepay before using any testing services.

  • Prepaid funds are maintained in the customer’s account as a balance and are used to request testing tasks.

  • Payments must be made through approved channels (e.g., PayPal, RazorPay).

  • No service will be initiated without sufficient prepaid balance.

4. Test Execution and Charging

  • Testing is performed in structured steps based on the service selected.

  • If a test fails at any major step, DC App Testing will terminate the test at that point and charge proportionally for the effort and time spent.

  • Completed or partially completed tests are considered consumed services and are non-refundable.

5. Cancellation and Withdrawal

  • Customers may cancel a test before execution begins by submitting a request via the Jira Service Management Portal.

  • No cancellations are permitted once a test has started, except in the case of failure-based termination (as described in Section 4).

  • Customers may request a withdrawal of their unused balance at any time through the Jira portal.

  • DC App Testing does not charge a withdrawal processing fee; however, currency conversion fees or fluctuations may impact the final refund amount.

  • Refunds are processed within 7 business days, with additional time for bank transfers as applicable.

6. Jira Portal as Sole Service Channel

  • All service requests, including testing, cancellations, and withdrawals, must be submitted via our Jira Service Management Portal.

  • Requests made outside this portal (e.g., email, phone, chat) will not be accepted or processed.

7. Non-Transferability

  • Prepaid balances are non-transferable and may not be assigned or shared with other accounts or third parties.

8. Limitation of Liability

  • DC App Testing shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or related to your use of the services.

  • The total liability of DC App Testing shall not exceed the amount paid by the customer for the unconsumed balance at the time of the claim.

9. Privacy and Data Security

  • All customer data and application builds submitted for testing will be treated as confidential and used solely for the purpose of executing the testing services.

  • We implement industry-standard measures to protect customer data but are not liable for data loss caused by third-party platforms or services.

10. Modifications to Terms

DC App Testing reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Customers will be notified of significant changes via the Jira Service Portal or email. Continued use of services constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

11. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India/Uttar Pradesh.
