The attachment size threshold feature in our plugin easy attachment confluence for Confluence Server allows administrators to control the maximum file size limit for attachments uploaded to the platform. By setting a specific size limit in megabytes (MB), administrators can regulate the size of files that users can upload, ensuring efficient storage management and optimal system performance. This feature is particularly beneficial for organizations with limited storage resources or strict data management policies, as it helps prevent the upload of excessively large files that could consume valuable storage space and potentially impact system performance. Additionally, the ability to set a file size limit enhances data security by reducing the risk of unauthorized or unnecessary file uploads. Administrators can easily configure and adjust the attachment size threshold through the Confluence administration settings, providing flexibility to adapt to changing organizational needs and requirements. Overall, the attachment size threshold feature offers administrators a valuable tool for managing attachment uploads effectively and maintaining optimal system performance within their Confluence Server instance.
