Our Easy Attachment plugin for Confluence Server offers administrators precise control over attachment uploads by setting a maximum file size limit. This feature ensures efficient storage management and system performance by preventing the upload of excessively large files. It enhances data security and flexibility through easy configuration via Confluence administration settings, providing an invaluable tool for maintaining optimal performance.

 Instructions

STEP 1 - Access Administration Settings:

  • Click on the gear icon > Select "General Configuration" from the dropdown menu.

STEP 2 - Navigate to Easy-Attachment Settings:

  • Go to Easy-Attachment Settings located in left sidebar > Set the file size limit > Click on Save button.

STEP 3 - Confirm your changes :

  • After saving the changes, an AUI message will appear, confirming the successful update of the settings.
